I wanna feel sexy,but...Im a mom first!!!
Okay,so......we all want to feel sexy,right?When you have 3 kids running around the house (ages:5,3,and 3 months) the moments are few and far between that you actually get even a 10 minute slot with your honey!!So I say take advantage every chance you get!!These moments are SO very precious,and without them our relationships might be alot less enjoyable!!I do think though,that we as moms do take these opportunities for granted!As we make the meals,clean up after the meals,do the laundry,do the dishes,vacuum,dust,and put the toilet seats down so that our daughters don't fall in!Plus there are a million other things on our list,that most of which,we wish we had done,but the truth is,there are just not enough hours in a day!!!Anyways,when we do get these chances,of course our spouses are ready for action after just one accidental bump from your clumsy self!!So we have 15 minutes of peace (maybe) his mind "sex",my mind "shower"seeing as how I haven't had one for 24 hours!!!So here's where I make that "whether we make time for sex today" decision.My first thought is....Okay if I get in now I may be out in time to actually find an outfit to wear that matches and doesn't make me look fat!Which sounds fantastic considering the spit up covered black sweats and bleach stained orange sports bra Im currently wearing!But.....if I choose to do this,later I will be wishing I could have just alittle time alone with my sweetheart!!Heres my chance!But....if I post-pone the shower now,to have sex....chances are,I probably wont get one at all!!So how about option c:Take a shower with my man!!When we get out,if the kids are up,he'll be more then happy to take care of them,while I take the time to get dressed.(Kuz you know how much happier they are once they get some).Who knows,I might even get enough time to slap alittle makeup on my face!!!Anyways-I think that alot of times sex will actually make you feel sexier!!!Maybe I'm crazy!!!

I LOVE my job!!!
I feel so blessed with the job I have!!Although it's not the most glamorous work.....my employers are amazing and so understanding!!My title is 'Housekeeping and Maintenance',I know doesn't sound like something to be super proud of!But......considering I make more then $13/hr and I haven't even been there a full year yet,took 3 months off for maternity leave,and it seems like I have to constantly take days off,or cut them short (sick kids and appointments),Have medical,dental,vision,401k,life insurance,free airlife for me and my family.....the list just goes on.....not to mention even though 90% of the employees are women,they are all soooo great!It's not all catty and competitive!!!Anyways,this is the third day that I've called in sick,and you know what they say??"We don't want you to come back until your better".I know this is the way it should be in all cases,but we all know the sad truth is.....it absolutely is not!!I have worked so many places where,even if you were potentially contagious,they wanted you there.In the long run these businesses that do this are harming themselves....if one employee comes into work sick,because they are fearful of losing their job,more employees will for sure get sick.This is all cause and effect.....with more employees getting sick,not taking the time off to go home and get well.....the cycle will continue,and also,when you don't take care of yourself and get the rest you need to get well,you will be sick longer!These employers are setting themselves up for disaster!!More employees will end up missing work,for longer,then if they would just allow the first employee that wasn't feeling up to par,to take a day or so off to get well!!Now I know there are some people who will take advantage of this and just call in sick to have a day off,but I think these people will do this anyway!!I don't know about you,but I need my job!!I depend on those paychecks to keep my family afloat!!Even missing one day,really screws up a paycheck!!Well,like I was saying I feel very fortunate and blessed to have the job I do,and to be employeed where I am!!
